Digitalstates Advance Technologies Skills Enablement Program
Our program is a comprehensive skills enablement program that focuses on Veterans, Women, and Students. This program is run under the Umbrella of Digitalstates gives it the unique advantage of having insight into the latest industry trends and technologies. Our Program curriculum is very agile and is based on the pulse of the industry. This helps our candidates to be ahead of the curve. It is our way of transferring our technical knowledge and experience to the people who deserve it in our community.
Students Enablement
The Student Enablement Program (SEP) is designed for High School and graduating students to put them on the technology track even before they graduate. We have a complete in-house infrastructure to assess existing skills, enable students to acquire new skills, place them in best possible internships, enhance their capabilities and re-assess them as required for their growth. Our expertise and direct relations with leading technology firms across the globe give us a unique advantage. The technology arena is constantly evolving so it is imperative to plan well ahead of time and invest time & efforts in the most growing areas.
Advance Technology Skills
4-6 month rigorous training sessions and enablement on one of the Advance Technologies like Internet of Things (IOT), Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, DevOps etc.
Internship on Real Projects
Candidate shall be assigned Industry projects to facilitate hands-on learning and skill development, which shall provide practical experience to a candidate.
Certification
Candidate shall be awarded Digital States Program completion Certificate as well as Discounted Coupons for Relevant Industry Certifications (AWS, Azure, Cisco etc).
Women Enablement
The Women Enablement Program (WEP) is our way of showing our contribution to the 50% population of our country. The goal is to develop necessary skill set with regards to new technologies among the women. Our focus is to provide mentorship and guidance to women and assist them to become mainstream in the information technology space. The program is open to women from all backgrounds and even home makers to step up and start their careers.
Basic Technology Skills
Candidate will be enabled with basic technology skills, like introduction to computers, email creation, basics of computing, Project Management, Business Analytics, Web Designs, UI/CX. (Program duration 3 months)
Advance Technology Skills
In the advanced technology skills program, the candidates will enroll in one of the Advance Technology skills like IoT, AI, Cybersecurity, Hyperconverged Infrastructures, DevOps etc. (Program duration 3 months)
Internship on Real Projects
Candidate shall be assigned Industry projects to facilitate hands-on learning and skill development. They will also be introduced to women enterprenuers and women specific programs (Program Duration 2 months).
Veteran Enablement
The Veteran Enablement Program ( VEP ) is our way of being a small but extremely important part of the rehabilitation process. Our core purpose is to develop crucial skill set with regards to new technologies amongst the veterans. This program focuses on the enablement of veterans by not only providing complete training and career mapping paths, but also helping them settle into the information technology space as valuable contributors.
